Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Team Leaders in the AMO department
• Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, programs, and productivity standards
• Accomplishes department objectives on-time managing staff, evaluating trends/options, and taking decisive
• action
• Accomplishes financial objectives by preparing monthly reports, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual
• budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
• Establishes and maintains communications between departments
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees
• Ensures worker payroll, attendance and HRIS issues are addressed
• Maintains high customer service standards, assists in resolving customer service problems, and
• recommending system improvements
• Ensures staff maintain work schedules as planned
• Communicate job specific estimates, invoices, and AMO work schedule to customers

Skills & Experience:

• College/University graduate in discipline such as Aircraft Maintenance or Business, an asset
• 5 years experience in Business Role or Management Duties in lieu of post secondary education in Business
• AME/M1 license – either already licensed or soon to be
• ACA Status & Maintenance (AME license required)
• Pilot License an asset
• Ability to travel internationally required
• Salesforce & Dayforce experience an asset
• Previous customer service experience
