Dessert Holdings is looking for a Full Time Production Workers to join our team based in London, ON. This individual will work production roles. You will provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences.

What will you do: We make cake of course!

• Work on the production line in a variety of roles (Depositing, Decorating and Packaging) to produce our high-quality cake products
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Work on various tasks with a focus on detail and quality
• Work in a fast-paced, teamwork environment
• Share in our passion for making amazing, delicious, high-quality desserts

What do we need?

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
• Previous experience in a food environment preferred
• Flexibility & commitment to work
• High energy team player with an attention to detail
• Good manual dexterity
• Safety first approach to work
• A GREAT attendance record and references
• Reliable means of transportation to and from the campus
• Must be available to work both start times on your chosen shift

Shift Summary:

• Required to be available for a minimum of six shifts per week from Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays being a regularly required shift
• Desire more hours? Increase your availability
• A shift runs for 8 hours with a 30-minute break added

Schedule:

• Shifts are scheduled Monday through Saturday and 8.5 hours in length
• Schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance
• Start times could be different every day
  • A-Shift start times are between 1:00 am and 6:00 am

Our pay! 

• We pay great wages!
• $18.83 per hour during probationary period (70 shifts)
• $20.92 per hour after probationary period

• Free on-site parking
• We provide uniforms, safety shoes and sick pay.
• Shift premium for all hours worked between 7:00 pm – 5:00 am
• Weekend premium for all hours worked between 5:00 am - 7:00 pm.
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses upon completion of probation.
• This position also provides comprehensive health benefits & RRSP contribution after probation is complete.
