As an Aerospace Finishing Technician, you will perform the critical final step in our manufacturing process — removing burrs and finishing small, high-precision aerospace components by hand under a microscope. Your work ensures that each part meets exacting quality and safety standards before delivery to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, meticulous work and takes pride in producing flawless results. Experience in machining, jewelry making, watch repair, dental lab work, or similar fine-detail work is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Remove burrs and sharp edges from machined parts using hand tools and microscopes.
• Inspect and verify the quality of components under magnification.
• Handle delicate materials with care and precision.
• Follow established quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of completed work.
• Collaborate with the machining and inspection teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable performing repetitive, fine-detail work under a microscope.
• Previous experience in machining, assembly, jewelry, dental/lab, or other precision manual work is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus on quality.
• Reliable and committed to meeting production schedules.
