Director of Human Resources

Reporting directly to the VP of HR of CONVERGIX Automation Solutions we are seeking a Director Human Resources to join the team in the fast-growing Automation Integration space with a goal of building a $1B Global Automation Integration solutions and automation services provider.

This is an exciting role for someone looking to join the rapidly growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the development and execution of best-in-class human resource strategies to support the overall business objectives. This role will align the organization, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational effectiveness, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. The Director role enables a forward-thinking talent leader the opportunity to partner with the VPHR, and all employees to bring a thoughtful and innovative approach to the people-agenda and fuel the continued expansion of the company.

What would a typical day be like?

• Articulate and communicate the HR vision to employees, and function as a strategic business advisor on key organizational issues
• Champion core company values and a culture that fosters a positive, connected, engaged workplace
• Promote policies and practices that encourage sustainable growth and support the company's mission
• Support the comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital requirements including; communicating the Convergix employer brand, designing a people experience from initial application to hiring, effective onboarding, and engagement throughout the employee lifecycle
• Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR teams who ensure that the talent acquisition, career development, retention, training, employee relations, leadership development, compensation, onboarding, and benefit functions are optimized
• Support implementation of comprehensive recognition and total rewards plans that attract the best-and-brightest, and result in excellent employee retention rates
• Act as counsel and coach developing and strengthening the management teams across the platform
