JOB INFORMATION

RESPONSIBILITIES – TASKS
  • Prepare and mix chemical batches according to standardized formulations and production schedules.
  • Operate and monitor automated mixing systems, pumps, tanks, and transfer lines.
  • Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and documentation of raw materials and finished batches.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot issues with mixing systems, sensors, and control panels.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including handling of hazardous materials and use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of compounds to the dipping line.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust formulations or parameters as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mixing room and chemical storage areas.
  • Record batch data, deviations, and corrective actions in production logs or digital systems.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for process deviations.
  • Other related tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Studies : A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical mixing or batch processing in a nitrile glove manufacturing environment or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of experience in nitrile glove production, polymer mixing, or coating formulations.
  • Desired qualifications : Able to work in shift. Familiarity with automated mixing systems, chemical dosing equipment, and process instrumentation. Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and control systems. Ability to read and interpret SOPs, MSDS, and technical documentation. Basic computer skills for data entry and system monitoring. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
