Position Summary

The Forklift Operator / Material Handler is responsible for the safe, efficient movement of materials throughout the manufacturing or warehouse facility. This includes loading, unloading, storing, staging, and supplying production lines while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating forklifts and pump carts
  • Performing manual labor tasks
  • Counting and managing inventory
  • Helping with in-coming material Inspection
  • Helping with deliveries to other facilities
  • General cleanup and maintenance of the work area

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility
  • Ideally, experience in metal forming or welding
  • Valid G2 driver’s license
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pump carts
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform manual labor tasks
