YOUR DAILY ROLE

• Lead and participate in sanitation processes to ensure all processing equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly to HACCP and Food Safety specifications
• Assist the Operations Leader with the effective operation of the Processing Department in all aspects of safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and employee development 
• Liaise with all operational support departments, quality, sanitation, maintenance, field operations, logistics, and leaders promoting teamwork to meet production targets and minimize downtime
• Ensuring machine efficiency and quality standards are met or exceeded and the product meets customer specifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to liaise well with a diverse workforce
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent computer skills
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and shift work including weekends
• Solution-oriented mindset to plan and create innovative solutions
• A positive, energetic attitude and natural leadership qualities
