Job: Yard Loader (Outside 95% of the time)
Shift: Day shift 6:45 am to 3:30 or 10:45 am to 7:30
Compensation: 20$/H
Forklift certification preferred.

The Yard Loader plays a key role in our distribution and customer service success. We are
looking for an individual who can operate with efficiency while maintaining an obsessive focus
on safety, accuracy of shipments, quality of product, and continuous improvement.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures
- Loading various trailers and trucks for internal and external customers via forklift
- Practice continuous improvement and 6S, including site housekeeping
- Process ship confirmation documents in a timely and accurate manner
- Support in the procurement of LTL’s and CPU movement
- Achieve expectations to meet standard production efficiencies and KPI’s
- Provide communication to team members and department/site leaders

Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience
- Shipping and/or Logistics background
- Customer Service skills
- Previous Manufacturing experience is an asset
- Forklift certification

Requirements:
- Outside 95% of the time, prepared to work in all weather conditions
- Occasional weekend work required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
