Reporting to the Director, Digital Innovation, the Digital Quality & Security Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and security across all digital products. This role is accountable for building and scaling a high performing team, defining enterprise standards, and deploying modern tools and practices that measurably improve software quality, reliability, and security posture.

This position is part of the Digital Innovation team located in London, ON, and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Build and lead the software quality & security organization, creating an inclusive, successful environment where people can thrive and where fail fast and learning is encouraged!

  • Lead the adoption of quality and security automation strategies that strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing coverage, and cloud operational resilience.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular reviews and incorporating feedback into process improvements.

  • Ensure alignment with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and external security frameworks, supporting audits and risk assessments as required.

  • Establish and monitor quality and security metrics that surface actionable insights, enabling data-driven prioritization and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Champion a “quality and security by design” culture through coaching, standards, training, and cross functional collaboration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field of Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related technical discipline.

  • 7+ years of experience across software quality assurance, software engineering, and/or application security roles.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience influencing engineering, product, and operations teams to adopt quality and security standards.

  • Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels – ability to present highly complex, technical, or difficult messages clearly and persuasively.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

ONTARIO ONLY: The compensation range for this role is $95.000 - $125.000 CAD. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
