The Supply Chain Trainee Program is designed for graduates passionate about the intricacies of supply chain management, operations, and strategic problem-solving, offering an exceptional opportunity to dive into our dynamic logistics environment. This program is your gateway to a rewarding career being a leader in our Supply Chain team!

Program will begin September 2027

Salary: $80,000 CAD

What do we offer?

The SCTP program spans 8-months, providing comprehensive and immersive experiences across various Logistics areas with exposure to various operational sites, including one of our major breweries, and warehouse facilities.

You’ll be exposed to immersive job shadowing, learning about the specific operational processes, including how to lead a frontline team during shift to solve problems proactively. You will also work on a strategic business project throughout the duration of your program with the opportunity to present to Supply Chain Leadership.

Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey with placement at one of our Warehouses across Canada as a Group Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field

  • Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027.

  • Mobility: Must be willing and eligible to relocate. Relocation support may apply depending on location.

  • Eligible to work in Canada

  • Bilingualism is an asset

  • No formal work experience is required. Previous internship experience is a plus.

  • Our Warehouses are 24/7 - 363 day a year facilities which may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program. Program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.

3. Virtual Interview with business leaders (Mid-September to Mid-October)

4. Final Panel Interview & Group Supply Chain Case in St. Louis, MO – October 28th & 29th
