Compensation: Wage range starting at $20.00 per hour, but may be increased based on experience, plus comprehensive group benefits

- 40 to 44 hours/week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed

Position SummaryAs a Shipper/Receiver/Dispatcher, the individual will be required to check, pick, receive, ship, stock and organize automotive parts. They will effectively dispatch delivery drivers and safely deliver auto parts to customers, being mindful of customer requests. They will also help maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the store. They will be required to answer internal and external telephone calls and complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner. Effective use of resources, such as the company database and parts catalogue, will be required.

Key Responsibilities
- Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking, and organizing)
- Coordinate the drivers for effective dispatching of vehicles
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- Efficiently deliver parts, being mindful of customer requests
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations, and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize, and mop)
- When required, answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
