PowerCo Canada Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a Renewable 1 Year Contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks and coordinate activities.
- Answer telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists and assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
