We are currently hiring for a Line Operator to join our Operations team at 600 Clarke Road, London (519 432 7311). This position is on Afternoon B Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:20pm).

Position Overview:

Working in our manufacturing environment, you will:

• Supply and operate production lines

• Assist in change overs and complete required checklists

• Participate in our Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives

• Trouble shoot equipment issues and escalate when needed

• Make suggestions for line improvements

• Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing

• Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively

• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problem

• Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift

• SAP knowledge would be considered an asset

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base pay for this position is $21.23 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential for Afternoon shift. Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Dividend Program.
