Business Analyst is a role in our Corporate IT team.
- Must be available to work 4 days/week in office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home Friday.

You have a post-secondary degree in Business Analysis or a related field and at least 4 years of related experience. You have previous experience eliciting and documenting software-related requirements. A CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA certification is an asset.
Your Skills
- Proficiency in and experience with project management/collaboration tools
- Proficiency in and experience with process and architecture modelling tools
- Experience creating agile documentation such as user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience creating process and architecture documents corresponding to common standards such as UML, BPMN, and ArchiMate
- Experience with Dynamics GP or other ERP systems
- Experience with enterprise-grade CRM tools such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Ability to manage requirements elicitation activities with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to manage a workload that involves tasks from concurrently running initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpretation skills
As part of the Corporate IT team’s Project Management Office, you will elicit and document requirements, and test activities for software, hardware, and processed-based projects that support the Trudell Medical Group of Companies to meet its business needs.
Specifically, You Will Focus On
Business Analysis
- Evaluate business processes, uncover areas for improvement
- Elicit and document business requirements focused on business needs
- Facilitate requirements and solution validation activities to ensure project deliverables will meet key business needs
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and solutions
- Evaluate solution options for suitability to business needs and Trudell’s technical environment
- Liaise with technical team members during solution design and execution activities
- Lead the implementation and execution of product and project activities
- Lead the execution of acceptance testing activities
- Contribute to the ongoing maturation and evolution of the PMO’s value focus and execution
Task Management
- Work with the rest of the PMO team to set out project tasks and timelines
- Support IT team task management activities as necessary
Communication and Administration
- Ensure clear and concise communications with both internal and external customers and suppliers
- Communicate insights into organizational needs and activities to IT and business team members
- Report on project and task dependencies, status, and progress
- Ensure documentation is completed for designated solutions
- Remain abreast of trends and changes tied to the profession and business
Salary Range: $75,000 - $108,000
