Student, Manufacturing IT Night Shift Support

Key Job Elements:

• Provide direct on-site Liaison support to our shop floor workforce to ensure they can access the information systems needed to perform their work
• Maintain existing IT Hardware and Software systems, working with Tablets, Laptops, PCs, MS Office Suite etc.
• Provide training, support and feedback on Manufacturing IT projects as needed
• Hybrid shift schedule that supports 3^rd (night) shift workforce primarily with overlap into 1^st (day) shift for training and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Hours are 12:00 AM to 08:30 AM

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in University or College in an IT, Manufacturing or other related program
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management, well-organized, attentive to details and customer focused
• Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• An interest in technology and initiative to drive positive change

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or IT experience is an asset
