We’re actively searching for our next leader in the position of:

 

Regional Manager, Ontario

 

As a leader within our Global Sales team, you will Lead the regional field sales initiatives by establishing business relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations (Retailer/HCPs & Patients), pharmacy banners and private/public payers.

 

By using multi-channel based technology and virtual communication the Regional Manager will lead/coach an internal general practitioner/specialty sales force and pharmacy broker to ensure awareness and attainment of TMI sales and profitability objectives; liaise, assist and work with Trudell Healthcare Solutions to maximize sales opportunities within the hospital and home care markets.

 

Some Responsibilities Include

People Management

  • Provide your team with have clarity of expectations and coach to succeed

Relationship Management

  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, industry associations and clinical stakeholders that can improve the positioning of TMI as a formidable market player
  • Relation building and management of regional public/private payers
  • Ensure the team maximize opportunities with inbound leads in conjunction with strong teamwork and alignment with marketing colleagues and digital activities

Sales Management and Analysis

  • Achieve annual sales targets while staying within a defined expense budget
  • Ensure that regional business plans are developed and executed
  • Support and coordinate regional hospital business as needed with Trudell Healthcare Solutions

Key Account Responsibilities

  • Ensure that there is optimal product placement and advertising/educational activities with Ontario pharmacy banners/wholesalers for all existing and new product launches
  • Develop action plan to maximize core product sales and product pull-through while increasing market share and distribution in designated regional key accounts
  • Deliver a unified approach with other regions and national key accounts in Canada

Product Knowledge and Management

  • Develop a clear understanding of all aspects of TMI’s product portfolio
  • Establish and maintain strong clinical awareness of relevant therapy areas and their associated drug delivery and/or therapeutic mechanisms

 

Do You Have The Following Qualifications And Skills?

  • Have you earned a university degree in business or science?
  • Do you have 10 years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 5 years of sales management experience?
  • Have you gained an understanding of the Canadian medical retail markets, business practices and regulations?
  • Do you have a solid understanding of private and public health insurers and mechanisms for medical device reimbursements?
  • Have you had success in coaching and motivating teams with multi-channel based technology (Blending E-mails, Video and Text messages, Phone calls, Social medias, etc
  • Do you have an advanced skill level with a CRM system (ex Salesforce)?
  • Are you willing and able to travel throughout the Ontario region up to 40-50%?
