We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of products.
Organize and store received goods in designated areas within the warehouse.
Perform inventory counts and assist with regular cycle counts and audits.
Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and update records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of packing materials.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following proper training and safety protocols.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by warehouse management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team or independently.
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines .
Forklift certification is a plus, but training can be provided.
