As leader of operations and manufacturing, and reporting to the co-CEOs/owners, you will exercise your significant operational muscles to bring efficiencies and new insights into current practices.

With at least ten years operational and manufacturing leadership in the food or beverage industry, you are prepared to take that next step requiring creativity, collaboration, and insight. You will lead a team of ten direct reports with 100s of SKUs in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environment. Your can-do attitude and ability to see beyond the standard will serve you well.
