Forklift Operator

Bosco and Roxy’s is a premium, specialty dog treat manufacturer based in London, Ontario and shipping worldwide. Our products are new and innovative and fast becoming a must have in every treat jar. Bosco and Roxy’s frequently launches new hand-decorated cookie treats and the response has been fantastic! We launch a new collection for every holiday, and update year round.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a forklift driver. We have built a brand new 81,000 square ft facility which includes a 28,000 sq ft warehouse that includes Mobile Pallet Racking that is 30 ft tall. This position would involve moving inventory, finished goods, packing and raw ingredients within the warehouse to assist in everyday production and warehouse function. This person will be reporting directly to the Production Manager.

We are looking for a day (7-3pm) and an afternoon (3-11pm) team member.

Job duties would include:

• Pull product from overstock racking to fulfill orders
• Experience in driving a reach truck with 5 pallet + heights
• Movement of products, ingredients and packing throughout warehouse to stage production area
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Stock warehouse racks, receive incoming container and product shipments
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures
• Always follow all safety rules and procedures
• Assist Production team during busy periods
• Follow all GMP and HACCP guidelines
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Reach Truck License
• G2 license or higher
• Experience in a warehouse setting with mobile racking an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
