As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team and lead the afternoon shift operations.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Afternoon Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations during the afternoon shift- approximately 25 team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, leadership, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the production team during the afternoon shift, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of production goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality controls and ensure all requirements are met, doing frequent checks, and understanding the importance of producing good quality parts.
• Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless production processes.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training sessions.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office.
