The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 

As a Logistics Ship/Receive in Service & Repair, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: 

• Receiving inventory into the service and repair center’s management system, in accordance with all prescribed safety standards.
• Direct internal inventory movement, along with communication with material transportation providers
• Prepares shipments, including packaging and applicable documentation generation
• Documentation completeness and accuracy; resolving any discrepancies, ensuring end to end traceability.
• Inventory management/accuracy. 
• Collaboration with colleagues to support/ level load workload as required in various operational functions
• Complies with all applicable health and safety regulations and other company-related policies and procedures.

Your Skills and Expertise   
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: 

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)  
• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing and/or warehousing environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Post Secondary degree preferred
• Proficient personal computer skills in MS-Windows and Office
• Familiarity with ERP (QAD and/or SAP) 
• Strong alignment to data accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
• Process flow minded
• Ability to develop knowledge in alternate administrative and interpersonal skills to fulfill a multitude of tasks as required
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills with a team player approach

• On-Site, London CA

Travel: May include up to 5%
