Linen Inventory Customer Service Representative

PART-TIME LINEN INVENTORY / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

London Hospital Linen Service Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated, reliable and customer service focused individual for a Linen Inventory Customer Service Representative role.

The successful candidate will be part of the support mechanism for our customers ensuring their linen needs are identified.

The individual shall perform linen inventory’s at defined sites, at designated times as outlined during training.

This function serves to ensure that our customers receive the quantity of linens they require, as well as to provide personal communication between the customer and our organization.

· Permanent part-time position

· Starting salary of $25.00 per hour

· Hours Monday to Friday 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Qualifications:

Education

· Secondary School Education or equivalent

· Computer Literate

· Hospital procedures awareness would be an asset

Experience

· 2 years’ experience within the health care and / or linen industry would be an asset

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills in interacting with our customers and our production staff

Requirements

· Must have own reliable vehicle

· Required travel up to 250 km’s per month (Expenses $0.55 per km are paid)
