Job Description

We have a full-time, permanent Bilingual Dealer Support Representative position available at our London office, reporting to the Dealer Support Supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Process and review dealer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle dealer-related transactions and inquiries, including shipment tracking, pricing adjustments, stock corrections, navigate of our business-to-business system and other dealer related transactions.
- Responsible for processing product certificate redemption and credits to dealers
- Assist with parts lookup and various data entry tasks
- Perform additional dealer-related transactions and tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Two plus years’ experience working in a Customer Service role is required
- Proficiency in English and French
- Minimum Highschool diploma is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Ability to remain focused and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, initiative, and versatility are essential
