Stationary Engineer - 2nd Class

SALARY: $45.63/hour
SHIFTS: 4 shifts X 12 hour rotating shifts
Flexibility in schedule is needed

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate ammonia, CO2, Compressed air, Cogeneration, Boiler and Steam systems in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures

Effectively Operating HVAC Unit for proper ventilation

Performing preventive maintenance routine and repair completions

Maintenance documentation updates
-
Respect of plant policy (Safety, Environment, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points

Other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
A Valid 2nd class Engineering certificate a minimum
-
Minimum 3 years Powerhouse Engineer experience - manufacturing experience preferred

Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment an asset

Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming
-
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable with a face-paced environment
-
Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record
