We are seeking an Inventory Control Associate to join our Team in our London, Ontario.
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for controlling and maintaining warehouse inventory and to ensure all inventory is readily available for all orders.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of all products.
  • Order stock through necessary channels.
  • Receiving & documentation.
  • Verify packing slips to received stock.
  • Enter daily shipping data into Excel and ERP system.
  • Create, produce, and maintain shipping log.
  • Cycle counting of finished goods.
  • Comparative analysis of inventory in Excel and ERP.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computerized ERP systems with advanced knowledge of Excel required.
  • Previous experience compiling and analyzing reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Previous experience working a warehouse environment.
  • Proven ability to establish positive relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and establish priorities.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work outside in the element's year round
