Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide support and guidance to a variety of A&L Canada customers. They will be responsible for the login for all sample modules including soil, tissue, cannabis, manure, and enviro to assist in the process to ensure we meet our turn around times. They will also manage the incoming phone calls and emails, distributing them to members of the organization as needed.

Job Duties

  • Complete the login of samples from all modules as needed to support the team
  • Active member of the customer service team, answer customer inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting to appropriate recipient as needed
  • Complete daily shipping of supplies, marketing material, etc. to customers
  • Ensure data integrity and sample integrity by ensuring login SOPs are followed and addressing concerns as needed
  • Complete ad hoc admin duties as required by Management
  • Complete filing of reports within the office as needed

Education and Experience:

  • Successful completion of Diploma in Administration
  • Bilingualism considered an asset
  • At least 2 years administration or customer service experience
  • Computer proficiency – Excel, Microsoft Word, LIMS

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
