Communications and Administration Coordinator

Renix has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as our Communications and Administration Coordinator. As an expanding, innovative company, Renix provides employees with opportunities to develop and grow in a diverse, flexible work environment.

The Communications and Administration Coordinator will support the Renix Team to provide critical communications, marketing, and administrative support, including for example:
• Create communications and marketing material such as newsletters, power point presentations, brochures, flyers
• Prepare content for posting to Renix website and social media sites
• Create product sheets, reports, proposals and supporting documents from information provided by the Sales Team
• Provide first line contact for existing and new customers, partners, and other stakeholders
• Design and launch communications campaigns
• Track client contact information, sales and marketing data
• Plan meetings, trade shows, special events, training, team-building / social events
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing electronic communications, mail and deliveries
• Prepare and maintain physical spaces, office supply management, furniture & office set-up
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and secure physical and electronic documents and files
• Maintain Corporate calendar, assist with special projects, visitors, travel requirements
• Provide general administrative office support

Successful candidates are self-starters who demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, have an energetic, positive attitude, and interest in participating in early commercialization environment. Qualifications include:
• University Degree or College Diploma in Communications / Marketing
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken, written, digital and social media)
• Demonstrated skills for generating collateral pieces, including copy writing
• Knowledgeable in business and office administration
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 package; Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Self-starter, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks; adaptable and flexible in changing assignments and work pace; flexibility in schedule, comfortable working both in-office and remotely
