Our 147,000 square foot production facility boasts a state-of-the-art air quality and ventilation system, ten skylights, and high efficiency LED lighting throughout the production floor.

 

The Opportunity

 

We are recruiting a detail-oriented Panel Builder to join us at SLEEGERS. The successful candidate will join our Production Team and be responsible for the wiring/assembly of the electrical panels that power our automated cylinder vending kiosks. Your core responsibilities will include:

 

  • Preparing for work to be accomplished by gathering parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
  • Working independently in a full-cycle, cellular assembly environment
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and detailed work instructions
  • Accurately completing station routing sheets and operational checklists

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Has a mechanical aptitude and is comfortable using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Is extremely detail-oriented
  • Embraces our high productivity work environment by positively contributing to the team effort and meeting or exceeding production targets
  • Understands the importance of our high degree of product quality and compliance to health and safety standards
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, is preferred
  • Previous electrical wiring/assembly experience in a production environment is preferred
