Job Description

Plant Superintendent – Dutch Brothers Ready Mix

Location: London, ON
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

About Dutch Brothers Ready Mix

What began as a commitment to hard work, quality service, and hands-on expertise has grown into a trusted full-service- construction partner serving communities across southwestern Ontario. With decades of field experience, our team understands the realities of a job site — and the critical need for reliable, consistent concrete supply.

Dutch Brothers officially opened in June 2020 with the latest in batching technology, including a central wet batch plant and a secondary dry batch system. This dual setup enables precision, consistency, and speed on every load. Backed by more than 75 years of combined industry experience, our team is known for professionalism, strong work ethics, and meticulous attention to detail.

From residential footings and structural foundations to agricultural slabs, commercial builds, marine applications, and high-rise projects, Dutch Brothers Ready Mix supplies it all. We know what it’s like to be onsite waiting for a delivery or troubleshooting batching issues — because we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we prioritize accuracy, reliability, and meeting tight timelines. Our goal is simple: deliver concrete you can count on, every time.
