Location: St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada
Job Summary: The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee maintenance schedules and activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with operational teams to minimize downtime
- Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance engineering
