The Opportunity:

Trojan Technologies is seeking a full time Eastern NA District Sales Manager – Municipal Aftermarket Parts & Service to join our team. This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Manage all aspects of sales processes, including relationship management, lead generation, funnel management, time and territory management (planning).
  • Develop, update, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales bookings and revenue forecasts.
  • Use DBS to develop and execute growth strategies through effective action planning and problem solving.
  • Collaborate with customers (VOC) and cross-functional teams to address gaps in performance and process by going to Gemba.
  • Staff, coach, and mentor direct reports through ongoing development and performance management that align with DBS culture and hold teams/individuals accountable.

 

What Qualifications Do I Need?

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales management/leadership experience.
  • Experience in municipal selling, water industry.
  • Experience in CRM and funnel management (BANT process).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to dig to root cause, problem solve, develop, and apply countermeasures.
  • Availability to travel domestically from state to state (approximately 50-60% of the time) to visit associates in different regions in the Eastern US.
