Sanitation Specialist - Contract
SLEEGERS Engineered Products Inc. is a leading North American supplier of engineered solutions for the pressure vessel and propane industries. We design and manufacture a variety of products including propane motor fuel tanks, commercial and industrial pressure vessels, and automated propane cylinder vending kiosks.
The Opportunity
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility for extension.
We are recruiting a Sanitation Specialist to help ensure the safety of our employees and cleanliness of our facility. This person will be critical in keeping all areas of the workplace clean and disinfected in accordance to practices and standards.
The Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for:
- General cleaning of non-production areas
- Cleaning and disinfecting all workspaces within the facility
- Ensuring all touch points are wiped down on a regular basis
The Ideal Candidate should:
- Be comfortable in a manufacturing setting
- Have prior experience in a janitorial/cleaner role
- Be able to work efficiently with little to no supervision
- Be comfortable walking and being on feet all day
