Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Nuts For Cheese, 2-20 Pacific Court, London ON N5V 3K4 (In Office)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

Summary:
Nuts For Cheese (NFC) is recruiting an on-site Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support
market development and rapid growth in Canada and the US. Reporting to the Sales
Management Team, this combined role will liaise between different departments to assist with
customer relations, analyze sales data and support content creation efforts.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Manage customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support
• Coordinate sample and marketing shipments to retailers, influencers and
business partners
• Prepare and analyze marketing and sales reports, providing insights and
recommendations
• Coordinate and attend industry events including B2B and B2C tradeshows
• Accurately document and update records in required systems
• Support overall Sales strategy (Canada and the US) and coordinate POS
material including coupons, sell sheets and shelf talkers.
• Manage DTC order process and support logistics team with picking, packing and
shipment process
• Support S&OP team by working closely with Sales Leadership to update
forecasting models and participate in bi-monthly S&OP mtgs.
• Manage GS1 registrations and updates.
Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum of one year experience in sales or marketing role is preferred
• Previous experience in CPG industry is an asset
• Personable and professional
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Organized and detail oriented with strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Resourceful, self-starter and team player
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Efficiency with MS Office and Canva
