Job Description
Painter
Responsible for painting and polishing the aircraft.
Responsibilities:
> Pre-wash and tack composite and metal parts for prime and paint
> Inspect and repair parts after final paint operation
> Mask parts for primer and paint
> Detail aircraft
> Application of fine line and pin stripping
> Apply 2K primer
> Apply base coat/clear coat and single stage paint
> Perform spot repairs
> Perform all work in accordance with Health and Safety Policies
> Perform all related duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
> Minimum 3-5 years experience
> Proven ability to work as a team member
> Willingness to learn new skills and improve existing skills
> Strong understanding of base coat/clear coat and single stage application and
fundamentals
> Ability to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
> Ability to follow safety rules
Educational or Academic Requirements:
> High School diploma or equivalent
