This position is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required in our collaborative office in London, Ontario/2 days remote. This role cannot be done fully remote.

About the role:

Are you well-organized with a love of being involved in many areas of marketing? Does supporting a team bring out the best in you? We’re searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with our company goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

As a member of our Demand Generation Marketing Team, you will be responsible for our third-party relationships to build engagement, supporting the Marketing Communications Specialists on campaigns including social media, content translations, and tracking assets, support for tradeshows and events, and manage all print requests. You will collaborate with various groups from within Marketing and with external vendors to ensure customer engagement of various materials and channels.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Marketing Department in developing and managing process for team deliverables, third-party campaigns, memberships, translations, and newsletters.

• Assist Marketing Communication Specialists with campaign deliverables and analytics.
• Work cross-functionally to support Demand Generation activities.
• Track progress of programs for effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Knowledge of integrated marketing communication strategies (traditional, digital, and events) and content marketing best practices
• Strong project management, organization skills, process oriented with excellent attention to detail
• English speaking native or excellent level required for copy review and communicating
