Bosco and Roxy’s is a premium, specialty dog treat manufacturer based in London, Ontario and shipping worldwide. Our products are new and innovative and fast becoming a must have in every treat jar. Bosco and Roxy’s frequently launches new hand-decorated cookie treats and the response has been fantastic! We launch a new collection for every holiday, and update year round.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed oriented individual to join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for daily and preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities throughout multiple locations, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.

Duties:

• Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance of equipment and facility assets
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and execute repairs or initiate the repair process
• Maintain maintenance records
• Assist with updating and developing preventative maintenance schedules
• Aid in equipment monitoring and determining lifespan
• Participate in Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Quality Improvement programs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of Provincial Health and Safety regulations
• Ability to manage time and work independently with little or no supervision
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the maintenance team
• Post secondary training in building maintenance an asset
• A strong problem solver with the ability to handle multiple projects and assignments and be able to prioritize effectively to minimize downtime effects on production
• Valid ‘G’ Driver’s License
• Valid CPR/First Aid is an asset
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a production facility

Schedule:

• 9 hour shift
• Days 7am – 4pm
• Afternoons 3pm – 12am
• OT as required
• Weekend availability
