CSR/Production Planner
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer orders – Process POs, create work orders, confirms ship date
- Ensure complete information from customer to process order – drawing, specifications, volume, delivery requirement
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of production process
- Identify and resolve problems related to customer orders – OTD, quality
- Monitor order status, provide updates to customer
- Track, communicate and execute any customer-initiated order changes – design, specifications, delivery requirement, etc.
- Maintain and ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read engineering drawings
- Post-secondary education in engineering, business or any technical programs
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management skills with the ability to effectively balance changing priorities
- Experience in customer service an asset
- APICS certification an asset
