Pay range: $22 USD to $24 USD

Your daily role

  • Lead daily QA team activities, provide direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure productivity, food safety, and quality standards are met.

  • Conduct and oversee required audits (weight/grade, metal detector, HACCP, and quality systems) and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Monitor sampling programs, environmental testing, and production trends, communicating issues and supporting corrective actions with Operations and Quality teams.

  • Promote GMP compliance, safety practices, continuous improvement, and help deliver the highest quality finished product.

Your profile

What qualifications and skills do I need to be successful?

  • Experience multi-tasking in a manufacturing environment, food manufacturing is preferred.
  • High aptitude for attention to detail and meeting specific finished goods standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, GMP, HACCP, and internal auditing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and support team success.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google tools, and quality documentation systems.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with frequent standing/walking and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
