Note: These positions are located at the St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus, 120 Bill Martyn Parkway, St. Thomas, Ontario
Hybrid Work: This position requires daily on-site presence and is not subject to hybrid work.
This is a part-time temporary Faculty position (up to 6 hours per week) starting January 6, 2026 and ending April 17, 2026. This position will teach Welding at the St. Thomas Regional Campus.
General Qualifications
- Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and student evaluations are assets
 
- C of Q as 456A welder or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ recent and relevant experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Must hold valid CWB certifications
- Excellent communicator who is able to relate content to application
- Strong interpersonal skills
