Production Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)
Bosco and Roxy’s is looking for a Production Supervisor (Afternoon Shift) to join our team in London, Ontario. This full-time role is perfect for someone with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment - especially in food production.
?? What we’re looking for:
? 3+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing
? Proven supervisory and leadership skills
? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
? Detail-oriented and highly organized
? Comfortable working under pressure and meeting daily production goals
?? Key responsibilities include:
? Leading and supporting production staff on the floor
? Overseeing safety, quality, and sanitation compliance
? Coordinating daily production plans and workflows
? Supporting training, performance reviews, and team development
? Collaborating with warehouse and maintenance to minimize downtime
