Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes and oversee contract negotiations.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
