About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about product development, program management and working with global teams to make an impact? We are looking for a Program Manager, Product Development to manage programs for new product development, customer funded development and sustaining efforts within the AQI Product Development organization. You would partner with global teams on projects to meet scope, schedule, quality, and delivery requirements. This is an exciting time to join AQI and take lead as the main project communicator between Product Development, other company departments, and customer stakeholders to make a difference!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of projects and programs that include task order quotes, definition, planning, implementation, and release to customers 
  • Develops, maintains, and executes detailed task order schedules, project plans and budgets 
  • Communicates status, risks, and opportunities with customer stakeholders for key AQI accounts 
  • Is responsible either directly, or indirectly through delegation, for all project management activities such as:  
    • Develops project plans following project management-based standards  
    • Manages change control processes on assigned projects  
    • Develops risk plans and proactively manages risk on assigned projects  
    • Develops project schedules using standard project management practices like critical chain, work breakdown structure, resource leveling, and scenario analysis  
    • Compiles, records, and distributes required status reports, test results and other required documentation  
    • Manages internal stakeholder communication from individual contributor level to senior level management  
  • Organizes and facilitates technical design reviews across software and hosting infrastructure systems  
  • Travels as necessary to aid in project facilitation  
  • May manage 1 or 2 other professionals  

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Project management, Communications, or Business administration with 3+ years of related professional experience OR Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Science and 5+ years of related professional experience 
  • In-depth competency in translation project management skills
  • Ability to understand and apply commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of technical writing 
  • Ability to resolve a variety of basic to moderately complex issues related to translation project management 

 

The salary range for this role is 100K - 110K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
