Position Summary

In your role as Director of Marketing & Sales at BOS Innovations, you will be tasked with driving the company's growth through strategic leadership in marketing and sales. You'll develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at opening new business avenues and enhancing our brand's visibility. Leading our dedicated sales and marketing team, you will provide mentorship and direction to achieve our company objectives.

Your duties will include conducting market research to guide our strategy, enhancing our digital marketing efforts, maintaining and refining our sales material to be effective, take part in tradeshows, open houses or customer tours, and ensuring our brand messaging is powerful and consistent across all channels. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll integrate marketing plans with our sales goals and broader business objectives, manage the marketing and sales budgets to maximize ROI, and keep the team at the forefront of industry trends.

You'll be responsible for increasing sales lead generation and conversion rates, and report on key metrics to gauge the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and a deep understanding of the automation industry to drive BOS Innovations towards new heights of success.

 

 

Requirements

About You

 

Education & Experienced

  • Knowledge of custom machine building industry, including the business to business and project nature of our business
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software for managing customer data, tracking interactions, and improving customer relationships
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is necessary. This includes Google Analytics for web analytics; SEO tools; and SEM platforms like Google Ads.
  • Experience in attending industry tradeshows and open houses to generate relationships and new business leads
  • Knowledge of marketing trends needed to develop effective frontline sales communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including in depth knowledge of Excel for advanced data manipulation and visualization is essential, and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI
