About the Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist, CPQ & Process Improvements to help strengthen the systems and processes that support our commercial organization.

In this role, you will combine hands-on operational support with process improvement. You will help maintain accurate and efficient quoting workflows, identify recurring issues, document better ways of working, and partner with stakeholders to improve the tools and processes used throughout the commercial cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CPQ and commercial workflows, helping ensure quotes, product configurations, pricing, approvals, and related data are accurate and completed on time.

  • Investigate system or process issues, identify root causes, and coordinate practical solutions with business and technical partners.

  • Map current workflows and recommend improvements that reduce manual work, delays, rework, and errors.

  • Gather business requirements and support testing, implementation, and adoption of CPQ or commercial-system enhancements.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard work, training materials, and user guidance.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product, IT, and Operations to resolve issues and improve the end-to-end commercial experience.

  • Monitor operational metrics and use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, CPQ, quoting, pricing, deal desk, CRM, ERP, order management, or business-process support.

  • Hands-on experience working with a CPQ, CRM, ERP, or product-configuration system.

  • Experience improving a workflow, developing standard work, or supporting a system or process change.

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills particularly when working with pricing, quotes, approvals, product data, or customer information.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both business users and technical partners.

  • Proficiency with Excel and comfort working with operational reports or performance metrics.

  • The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

  • The compensation range for this role is $72,000 - $82,000 CAD per year. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance to eligible employees.
