Job Description

As a key member of our governance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various committees, ensuring that governance best practices are upheld and that our organizational policies are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage committee schedules and meetings.
  • Develop meeting agendas and prepare minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of committee members.
  • Provide support to the Chair and committee members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in governance or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in office software and governance tools.
