May include other related duties as required, provided such duties are reasonable and consistent with the employee’s qualifications and role responsibilities.

What You Bring

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in logistics or distribution, with at least 1 year as a Demand Planner
  • Working knowledge of S&OP processes and forecasting tools (ERP, PBI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
  • Demonstrated adaptability, initiative, and “get things done” attitude

Assets

  • Experience in entrepreneurial or fast-growing business environments
  • Understanding of medical device supply chain and commercial processes
