Service Technician

Tremcar Inc. London Division is seeking a Service Technician to do service work as well as new tanker assembly for tanker trucks and trailers at our facility at 2060 Oxford Street East, London, Ontario. A technical training certificate is not required but candidates must have relevant service experience. We have a diverse workforce and welcome all suitably qualified applicants.

Hours of Operation: Day Shift (Mon.-Thu. 7:00 am-4:30 pm, Fri. 7:00am-3:15 pm) with occasional overtime. Weekends and statutory holidays off.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Understand truck and trailer electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Able to service, troubleshoot, assemble, test, inspect and repair tankers.
• Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to test, diagnose, isolate, and repair faults.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manipulative tasks.
• Experience working on tanker trucks and trailers is an advantage.
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have your own tool box of hand tools
