CNC Mill Operator - Weekend Shift

We are currently looking for a full-time weekend CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The weekend shift operates from 8:00am - 8:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from CNC machines
• Monitor production runs to ensure machines are running smoothly
• Perform basic quality checks using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Clean and prepare finished parts to meet customer requirements
• Follow production procedures and maintain job traceability
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
• Report any issues, defects, or concerns to the Supervisor immediately

What You Bring

• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in learning CNC machining
• Ability to read and follow basic instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
