Trudell Medical Limited is the Corporate entity within the Trudell Medical Group of Companies and operates out of our offices in London, Ontario Canada.
E-Commerce Specialist is a role in our Corporate IT team.
This is an office-based role with the option of a hybrid work arrangement.
Must be available to come into the London, Ontario office 3 days per week.

You have the ability to manage requirements elicitation activities with a variety of stakeholders and manage a workload that involves tasks from concurrently running initiatives.
You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts and a post secondary degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field. You have experience with FBA operations, shipment reconciliation and return management as well as experience in B2B digital commerce operations. You are familiar with platforms such as Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, or BigCommerce. You have a good understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword optimization and digital merchandising best practices and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic e-commerce troubleshooting and content formatting.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will drive growth through marketplace optimization by managing Amazon Seller Central accounts end-to-end including cover listings, FBA inventory, catalog accuracy, and performance analytics. You will support the broader B2B e-commerce ecosystem across platforms such as Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce and integrate e-commerce processes with ERP and CRM systems to deliver seamless customer experiences. You also have experience with ERP and CRM systems (data integration, reporting, and automation).
Specifically, You Will Focus On
Amazon Marketplace Management
- Oversee and administer the company’s Amazon Seller Central Account
- Develop, optimize, and maintain product listings, images, keywords, and A+ content to drive discoverability and sales
- Manage FBA inventory, shipments, returns, and reimbursement recoveries
- Monitor account health, resolve listing or policy issues, and maintain compliance with Amazon requirements
- Track and report on marketplace performance, sales trends, and advertising ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage Amazon Business storefronts, programs, and B2B pricing strategies
- Support day-to-day operations of B2B e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or equivalent)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and IT to ensure consistent and compliant online operations
- Maintain and update digital product catalogs, ensuring accurate taxonomy, attributes, and pricing structures
- Assist with SEO optimization for product pages and digital assets across multiple channels
- Support integration and data synchronization between e-commerce platforms, ERP, and CRM systems
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to identify insights, trends, and performance opportunities
- Stay current with emerging Amazon, marketplace, and SEO trends to continually enhance strategy and execution
